Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and support strategic, operational, administrative, and coordination activities.

B.Tech/B.E. and MBA are compulsory qualifications for this position. Candidates without both qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates.
Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and track action items.
Follow up with respective teams on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other departments.




Assist the CEO in monitoring business performance and key operational activities.
Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations as required.
Support the CEO in special projects and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate business meetings, travel arrangements, events, and official engagements.
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive business information.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on CEO-level priorities.
Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
