Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior design project sites and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workers.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, designers, and clients.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Monitor the quality and progress of work.
Check materials and ensure proper usage at the site.
Identify and report site issues to the management.
Maintain daily site updates and progress reports.
Ensure safety and cleanliness at the site.
Coordinate with the office team for smooth project execution.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision/interior projects.
Knowledge of interior works and construction activities.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and contractors.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
