Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily delivery and logistics operations.
Plan delivery schedules and assign vehicles, drivers, and helpers.
Ensure timely and damage-free delivery of all appliances.
Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, sales, billing, and installation teams.
Monitor loading, unloading, delivery status, and product safety.
Handle delivery delays, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and transportation costs.
Maintain delivery records, documents, and logistics reports.
Supervise drivers and delivery staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
Optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery costs and delays.




Ensure qualified customer service during delivery.
Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth order completion.

Required Skills
Valuable coordination and team-management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of local routes and delivery operations.
Basic computer/ERP knowledge.
Previous logistics, delivery, warehouse, or retail experience preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
