Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, research-driven, and execution-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

This role is responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers through personalized outreach, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team. You will play a critical role in building the top of Comprinnos sales funnel and creating predictable pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate is persistent, curious, highly organized, and comfortable engaging technology leaders through multiple communication channels. You should enjoy researching companies, uncovering business prospects, and creating meaningful conversations that translate into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting Account Research
Identify target accounts aligned with Comprinnos Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Research companies, industries, and technology landscapes to identify potential cloud transformation opportunities.




Map key decision-makers including Founders, CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Engineering Managers, and IT leaders.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other prospecting tools.
Outbound Prospecting
Execute structured outbound campaigns through:
Email
Cold Calling
LinkedIn
WhatsApp
Personalized multi-channel outreach
Personalize outreach based on customer industry, business priorities, and technology landscape.
Execute disciplined follow-up cadences to maximize response and engagement rates.
Continuously improve messaging based on campaign performance and customer feedback.
Lead Qualification
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, and technology initiatives.
Qualify prospects based on predefined qualification frameworks and buying intent.
