Position: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, GST compliance, TDS activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and Advanced Excel, with the ability to handle day-to-day accounting functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliations.
Compute, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns as per statutory requirements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.




Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Generate MIS reports and financial analysis using Excel.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting Principles.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Data Analysis).
Good understanding of bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation regulations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
