Job Purpose:
The person will be responsible for accompanying the Managing Director during visits to the Nagarjuna Sagar constituency, coordinating field activities, capturing photographs and videos, and managing communication with the Facebook/social media management team. The role requires robust coordination, communication, planning, and basic digital media skills.
Key Responsibilities
MD Coordination
Accompany the Managing Director during visits to the Nagarjuna Sagar constituency.
Coordinate the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, visits, and appointments.
Ensure that required arrangements are made before every visit.
Coordinate with local representatives, officials, and other stakeholders as required.
Maintain proper records of meetings, visits, and follow-up activities.
Photography & Videography
Capture high-quality photos and videos during the MD’s visits, meetings, events, and public interactions.
Ensure key moments and activities are properly documented.
Organize and maintain photographs and video files systematically.
Share required content with the social media/Facebook management team on time.
Social Media Coordination
Act as the coordination point between the MD and the Facebook/social media management team.
Provide photos, videos, updates, and relevant information to the social media team.
Coordinate for preparation and posting of social media content.
Follow up with the social media team regarding scheduled posts, campaigns, and updates.
Ensure that content is shared and published according to the approved schedule.
Meeting & Schedule Management
Schedule meetings and appointments for the MD.
Coordinate with participants and confirm meeting timings.
Prepare the daily/weekly schedule and communicate changes promptly.
Follow up on pending meetings and commitments.
Ensure the MD has all necessary information before meetings.
Field Coordination
Travel with the MD as required within the constitue
