Position : Manager / Senior Manager

Job Purpose:

To be a part of the Central Legal Team and provide legal advisory, assistance, and risk mitigation support across all business verticals within the group.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents including contracts, MOUs, Service Level Agreements, legal notices, replies, pleadings, briefs, and appeals
Ensuring adherence to best practices in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, contract, and exchange control laws
Providing advisory on statutory compliances and corporate governance matters
Assisting in the formulation, implementation, and amendment of company policies
Handling litigation matters including NCLT, civil, criminal, and arbitration cases
Coordinating and liaising with external legal counsels and service providers
Supporting all business verticals with legal advice, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Educational Qualification:
LL.B. (LL.M. / CS preferred)

Experience:
7 - 9 years of relevant experience in the legal domain
Minimum 3 years of experience in Power, Renewable Energy, or EPC sector preferred

Skills & Competencies:
Robust expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws
Robust analytical and legal interpretation skills
Ability to effectively present legal perspectives to senior management
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
