About the Role

Inside Planners & Infrastructure is looking for an experienced and technically robust Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Site Execution to join our project execution team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial or corporate interior fit-out projects and be capable of managing site execution, coordinating contractors and vendors, interpreting drawings, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications and timelines.

This role requires a practical, detail-oriented skilled who can effectively coordinate between the design team, project management team, contractors, vendors and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Project Coordination
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.




Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate civil, interior finishing and allied works at project sites.
Monitor manpower, productivity and work progress.
Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Drawings, BOQ & Measurements
Read and interpret architectural, civil and interior drawings.
Review BOQs, specifications and quantity requirements.
Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing clarifications and site changes.
Identify variations or discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

Quality Control
Monitor workmanship and material quality throughout project execution.
Ensure finishing works meet company and client quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or incomplete works.
