Job Roles & Responsibilities – UI/UX Designing Trainer1. Training & Delivery
Deliver classroom and practical training in UI/UX Design concepts and tools.
Train students on UI principles, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Conduct hands-on sessions using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent).
Explain design thinking, user-centered design, and interaction design concepts clearly.
Train students on responsive design and basic frontend design handoff practices.
Curriculum & Content Development
Develop and update UI/UX course curriculum aligned with current industry standards.
Design assignments, case studies, and real-time project work.
Create structured learning paths for beginners to advanced-level students.
Update training materials based on latest UI/UX trends and tools.
Practical & Project Guidance
Guide students in building UI/UX portfolios.
Mentor students on live projects, capstone projects, and design case studies.
Review student designs and provide constructive feedback and improvements.
Encourage best practices in design systems, accessibility, and usability.
Student Evaluation & Support
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
Identify learning gaps and provide individual mentoring.
Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.
Assist students in preparing resumes and portfolios related to UI/UX roles.
Placement & Industry Support
Coordinate with the placement team for skill alignment and student readiness.
Conduct mock interviews and design reviews.
Share industry insights, trends, and job expectations with students.
Recommend top-performing students for placement prospects.
Academic & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and batch documentation.
Follow institute training standards and academic policies.
