Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries via calls, walk-ins, website, and social media, and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Conduct property tours and explain amenities, pricing, and terms to prospective residents.

Follow up consistently with leads to close sales within target timelines.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth move-ins for recent residents.

Build rapport with residents to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Stay updated on current offers, pricing, and competitor properties in the area.

Requirements

02 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a similar front-facing role.

Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred exposure to Coliving, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Hotels (Front Office/Sales).

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working with walk-in customers.
