Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a cooperative and creative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in defining and implementing Documentation Management strategies within the Project/Program/Bid organization, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (core team, customers, partners, and various departments), manage the documentation lifecycle, and ensure proper compliance with defined standards and requirements.
You'll specifically take care of building and monitoring the Documentation Management Plan (DMP), as well as deploying and managing Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), but also leading a team of Documentation Controllers when necessary.
Responsibilities
Defining and implementing Documentation Management processes and strategies
Creating and updating Documentation Management Plans (DMP) in line with customer requirements
Managing and deploying EDMS, including training users and managing access rights
Ensuring proper validation and delivery of contractual documents
Monitoring document milestones associated with payment and project progress
Collaborating across teams to ensure documentation compliance and continuous improvement

Bachelors or Masters degree
7 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Documentation Management
Knowledge of the railway domain (desirable)
