- Conducting marine/ non-marine claim investigation/ PDI surveys
- Preparing loss working as per the survey observations and document submission
- Preparing the Joint inspection report and sharing the observations with the claim handler
- Collecting minimum basis documents from the survey location as per the instructions of the claim handler
- Briefing the details of survey to the claim handler along with video call and photographs for better understanding.

- Receive and review insurance claims and related documents.
- Enter claim information into the claims management system.
- Acknowledge receipt of claims and communicate with claimants regarding the status of their claims.




- Conduct a thorough survey to determine the validity of claims.
- Collect and analyze evidence, including photographs, witness statements, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with surveyors and other professionals to assess damage and determine the extent of loss.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and related activities.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for claim approval and payment.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of claim information.
