Senior Manager – Direct Taxation

Location - Thane

Budget - 15–20 LPA

Reporting To – AVP

Role Purpose The Senior Manager – Direct Taxation will be responsible for managing all direct tax compliances, assessments, tax audits, transfer pricing, litigation, and regulatory ma ers while ensuring adherence to applicable Income Tax laws.

The role also involves suppor ng financial repor ng, consolida on, foreign subsidiary accoun ng, and coordina ng with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure mely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax Compliance  Ensure mely and accurate compliance with all applicable Income Tax provisions.

 Independently prepare and file TDS/TCS returns and ensure mely payment of statutory dues.  Manage foreign remi ance compliances, including prepara on and filing of Form 15CA/15CB.  Coordinate and assist in the prepara on and finaliza on of: o Tax Audit Report o Transfer Pricing Report o Master File and other Transfer Pricing compliances

 Handle various online and offline Income Tax filings through the Income Tax portal.



Tax Assessments & Liti ga tion

 Coordinate with tax consultants and represent the organiza on in ma ers rela ng to: o Income Tax Scru ny Assessments o Appeals before tax authori es o Search & Seizure/Block Assessment proceedings o Transfer Pricing assessments o TDS/TCS ma ers o Foreign remi ance-related tax ma ers

 A end Income Tax Department proceedings whenever required.  Monitor and ensure mely closure of assessments, appeals, and li ga on while safeguarding the company's interests. Financial Repor ng & Accoun ng SupportThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on current tax laws.
