We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the online business of our cosmetic brand. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, website sales, product listings, digital marketing coordination, order management, and achieving online revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and the company website.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, revenue and profitability.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions and promotions.
- Monitor marketplace performance, rankings, reviews and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for performance campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse sales,



traffic, conversion, ROAS and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Plan and execute offers, discounts and festive campaigns.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, customer service and accounts teams.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
