- Live Monitoring: Watch real-time camera feeds across multiple screens to spot suspicious actions, safety hazards, or unauthorized entry.
- Incident Reporting: Log security breaches, theft, or rule violations and write daily observation summaries for management.
- Footage Retrieval: Extract, review, and securely store video evidence for internal audits or outside law enforcement.
- System Upkeep: Perform daily health checks on cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), and storage drives to report technical faults immediately.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Alert on-ground security, operations, or emergency teams immediately when an urgent situation arises.
