KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Present and expalin real estate projects, specifications, pricing and investement opportunities.
- Conduct property/ Project site visits and provide professional guidance to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Follow-up with leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities in the CRM/ reporting system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and real estate developments.
