Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, maintaining CCTV systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and basic networking issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and CCTV network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Handle hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide user support for Windows OS, MS Office, email, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT hardware, networking, CCTV,



and AMC-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
- Ensure regular backup and basic IT security practices.
- Visit project/site locations when required for IT support.
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or senior IT personnel.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related complaints and tickets.

Required Skills
- Positive troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to multiple locations.

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
