We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background
and proven experience in
sales/marketing of capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering products
. The candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, technical understanding, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop current business opportunities for capital equipment and industrial machinery.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers and industrial clients.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, references, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct customer visits, negotiations, follow-ups,
and order closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
in sales/marketing of:
- Capital Equipment
- Industrial Machinery
- Engineering Equipment
- Manufacturing Equipment
- Heavy Machinery
- Industrial Automation/Equipment
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good technical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
