Uplift AI is an SEO operating system for the AI search era. We help businesses rank #1 on Google and inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, on autopilot.

The platform is a full agentic stack, not a single tool. An AI SEO Agent runs a 24/7 planning queue that maps keyword demand, drafts content, finds internal link opportunities, prepares Google Business Profile updates, and publishes approved work into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, or a custom CMS. On top of that we run a Generative Engine Optimization layer that tracks mentions, citations, and coverage across five AI answer engines, plus a public technical audit that scans robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, JSON-LD, Speakable schema, and llms.txt for AI crawler readiness in under 30 seconds.

One principle runs through all of it: nothing publishes without human approval. Draft-first, approval-gated, kill-switch controls at every step. We are building an agent people actually trust with their live site, which is a much harder engineering problem than an agent that just generates.





Roughly 5.6% of US searches now happen inside AI assistants and traditional search volume is projected to fall 25%. Generative Engine Optimization is a category being defined right now, and we intend to define it.

You would be one of our earliest senior AI hires. Real ownership, no layers, and your work in front of paying customers within weeks.

The Role

You will own the AI systems at the center of the platform: the content generation engine, the agentic workflows behind our audits, keyword planning and internal linking, and the retrieval and tracking layer that measures how brands surface inside LLM answers.

This is not a research role and it is not a prompt-tweaking role. It is a build-and-ship engineering role for someone who understands LLMs deeply enough to make them reliable, rapid, and cheap at production scale.
