We are looking for an 8+ years experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and HANA upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP implementation and support, HANA upgrade projects, data migration, and SAP technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP ABAP implementation and support activities.
- Lead or support successful SAP HANA upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, dialog programs, batch interfaces, and function modules.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues using ABAP Workbench and debugging tools.
- Work with SAP Data Dictionary and develop technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform ABAP code optimization and apply HANA-specific optimization techniques.
- Work on data migration activities using tools such as SLT, LTMC, CTS, or similar solutions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP technical standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP implementation and support.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP module implementation and support.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting at least 2 successful HANA upgrade projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including Reports, Dialog Programs, Batch Interfaces, and Function Modules.
- Strong understanding of HANA database architecture and technical capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Dictionary, ABAP Workbench, and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of HANA optimization techniques, including code-to-data principles and column-store concepts.
- Experience with data migration tools such as SLT, LTMC, CTS, or similar solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP NetWeaver and SAP system architecture.
