Job Summary

Selected candidates will undergo a structured Management Training Program with practical exposure to four key business functions:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Finance
- Administration
- Sales & Marketing

This role is designed for candidates who are interested in developing their communication, leadership, business management, sales, and team-handling skills, with opportunities for career progression based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote client brands professionally.
- Support and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Interact with customers and build strong professional relationships.
- Participate in customer acquisition and business development activities.




- Gain practical exposure to HR, Finance, Administration, and Sales & Marketing functions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in team coordination and management activities.
