Manufacturing Presales Solutions Consultant
, partnering with customers to identify and deliver digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation opportunities.
- Lead customer discovery workshops and factory assessments to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Engage with plant leadership, engineering, operations, maintenance, and quality teams to understand business challenges.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, automation systems, and shop floor operations.
- Serve as the Manufacturing SME during presales engagements, customer workshops, and executive presentations.




- Translate manufacturing challenges into scalable solution roadmaps in collaboration with Solution Architects.
- Define and shape Industry 4.0 use cases such as OEE, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twin, Energy Management, Quality Analytics, and Production Monitoring.
- Advise customers on manufacturing technologies including ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, Historians, Industrial IoT, and industrial data platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric manufacturing solutions.
- Develop reusable consulting frameworks, assessment methodologies, and industry accelerators.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, manufacturing forums, and industry events while staying current with emerging manufacturing technologies.
