About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses grow through our digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead mining: Identify, research, and target potential clients to generate high-quality business opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing deals.
- Understand client business needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media, Branding,



Websites, PPC).
- Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demos for decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong prospective client network to ensure sustainable growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
- Maintain and update the sales database.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, deliver persuasive presentations, and engage with clients at all organizational levels.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Strong ability to research, identify
