Role: High School Programs Intern

Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly organized interns to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Plaksha's High School Programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple priorities,



and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences for students across the country.

As a High School Programs Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to program management, operations, stakeholder engagement, and communications while contributing to the successful execution of flagship initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project timelines, and execution frameworks for High School Programs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of program dashboards, trackers, and documentation to monitor progress and performance.
- Contribute to planning initiatives that enable programs to scale efficiently across multiple locations.

Program Operations
- Support the end-to-end execution of High School Programs, ensuring smooth coordination before, during, and after program delivery.
