HR Manager – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage overall HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company rules.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR MIS and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR requirements.
- Manage HR activities for office, factory, and project/site employees.

Qualification & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Positive communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
