Work Model & Timings:

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 2nd Saturday & all Sundays

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role & responsibilities: :
- Strengthen MIS, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Optimise working capital, cash flow, and liquidity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs
- Standardise finance processes, build and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A;
- Support in preparing board decks and ad-hoc management presentations.
- Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax professionals

Preferred candidate profile :
- 6 yrs. to 10 yrs Post Qualification experience in Argo / Speciality

Chemicals,



Pharmaceuticals, or similar manufacturing industries
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts.
- Working knowledge of SAP and fixed asset management
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
