Job Description:
- Handle packing and dispatch activities as per daily production and sales requirements.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods.
- Maintain proper stock records and physical inventory.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, packing and inventory documentation.
- Update all production, packing, dispatch and inventory records in ERP.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper material movement and stock accuracy.
- Support day-to-day factory/production operations.
- Perform any other work assigned by the management.

Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma holder preferred.
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/factory operations.
- Basic computer and ERP knowledge preferred.
- Positive record-keeping and coordination skills.
- Willing to work in a 12-hour shift.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
