We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and experienced in generating leads, sales, conversions, and revenue through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, app installs, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, placements, and budgets.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve business targets.
- Manage retargeting, lookalike, custom, and prospecting audiences.




- Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining target ROAS/CPA.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, advertising policies, targeting changes, and performance marketing trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign structures.
- Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and achieving performance targets.
- Valuable communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
