We are looking for a Product Intern who can work closely with our Product Team and bring a fresh, student-centric and market-oriented perspective to our products.
About the Role
As a Product Intern, you will work directly with the Product Team to review, evaluate, research and improve Protrainy's existing and upcoming products.
You will get exposure to how an EdTech product is evaluated, positioned, packaged and improved based on learner needs, market trends and user feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate Protrainy's existing courses, programs and product offerings.
Analyse products from a learner's perspective and identify areas for improvement.
Suggest improvements in course structure, content presentation, product packaging and positioning.
Research competitor products, industry trends and emerging learning formats.
Identify gaps in existing products and suggest new features, offerings or improvements.
Work with the Product Team on product revamping and restructuring.
Provide suggestions for improving the overall learner experience.
Review course pages, brochures, landing pages and other product communication materials.
Collect and analyse learner/user feedback to identify recurring pain points.
Prepare structured product reviews, observations and improvement recommendations.
Assist the Product Team in brainstorming and validating current product ideas.
