Role Description
The Senior Automation Quality Assurance Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh involves collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements,



defining test strategies, creating and executing test cases, logging and tracking defects, and continuously improving test coverage and efficiency. The engineer will also mentor junior QA team members, review test documentation, and participate in code and test plan reviews. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying quality risks, optimizing processes, and championing best practices in test automation.

Qualifications
- Robust proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar), with the ability to design and maintain robust automation suites.
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages commonly used in automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#) and version control systems such as Git.
