Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and quality-focused Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually strong, engaging, and high-quality creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, illustration skills, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, app and marketing campaigns.
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, advertisements, landing-page creatives and promotional materials.
- Create original illustrations, visual concepts, icons, characters and graphic elements as required.
- Develop visually compelling designs that communicate complex educational concepts in a simple and engaging manner.




- Maintain strong consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Academic and Product teams to convert concepts and briefs into impactful designs.
- Create campaign creatives and performance-oriented designs with a focus on engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative formats and visual styles across social media.
- Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining speed, accuracy and high design standards.

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating quality graphic design and illustration work.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Ability to create original illustrations rather than relying only on templates.
