Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Voice Process.(relevant domain)
- Mandatory experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, or Psychiatry Voice Process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Willingness to work from the Chennai(OMR) location.
