Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial statements, revenue, costs, margins, and business performance.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain MIS and management reports.
- Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support FP&A;, corporate finance, valuation, and strategic planning activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyse key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Perform DCF, comparable-company and financial ratio analysis where required.
- Assist with investment, business, and project evaluation.




- Work with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
- Financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial statements and financial ratios.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving ability.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python can be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
