Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, AEO/GEO, technical SEO, and organic lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, visibility, and leads.
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and link-building activities.
- Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.
- Implement and manage Schema/JSON-LD, internal linking, indexing, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop strategies for organic lead generation through high-intent keywords, landing pages, and SEO-driven content.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.




- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and AI search visibility.
- Work with Content, Development, Marketing, and Business Development teams to achieve SEO and lead-generation goals.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and SEO/AEO/GEO best practices.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, AEO/GEO, and link building.
- Experience with B2B/organic lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, entity optimization, and topical authority.
- Good knowledge of HTML, Schema/JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Experience in IT/SaaS/Software industry
