About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and engaging with candidates. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their skills, experience, and career interests.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions and hiring posts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely closure of recruitment activities.
- Support campus hiring,



employee referrals, and talent-branding initiatives.
- Assist the TA team with other HR projects and recruitment-related activities.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive verbal and written English.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification
- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BMS, B.Com, BBA, or any relevant graduate program.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR are encouraged to apply.
