Job Description
Operational Oversight Supervise daily processing of supplier invoices and employee reimbursements. Ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policy. Monitor accounts payable ledger for accuracy and completeness. Manage end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt validation approval payment reconciliation. 2. Team Coordination & Support Allocate and track work of junior AP team members. Act as first point of contact for team queries and escalations.
