Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Way Bill & Logistics Store Executive to manage E-Way Bill compliance, inward and outward movement of goods, warehouse documentation, and coordination with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for inward, outward, stock transfer, return, and other applicable movements.
- Verify GSTIN, invoice number, invoice value, HSN, quantity, vehicle number, transporter details, and other E-Way Bill information.
- Monitor E-Way Bill validity and ensure timely extension/update wherever applicable.
- Maintain records of E-Way Bills, invoices, delivery challans, LR/GR, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, dispatch, delivery, and E-Way Bill requirements.
- Handle inward and outward entries in the warehouse/store system.




- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts/GST teams regarding invoice and E-Way Bill discrepancies.
- Track pending deliveries, vehicle movements, and document closures.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and GST compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable GST/E-Way Bill regulations.
- Support warehouse operations, inventory control, and daily MIS reporting.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill processes.
- Experience in logistics & stores.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify invoice, GSTIN, vehicle, and E-Way Bill discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under dispatch deadlines.
