1. Execution of instrumentation & automation improvement projects as per requirement and maintaining PLCs program backups and assets related to automation.
2. Support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities related to instrumentation & automation, synchronization schedule, execution of programming / automation related Problems and to maintain automation related spares.
3. Preparation and review of automation related SOP’s and execution of data backup and restore schedule, GMP related documentation effectively i.e. Change controls, deviations and CAPA.
4. FAT, installation, commissioning and SAT activities of all equipment’s with respect to instrumentation & automation. URS, DQ, IQ and OQ for equipment’s/systems with respect to instrumentation & automation and Assist in Computer System Validation.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Handling SAP activities related to automation, PM and handling of internal and external audits.
2. Co-ordinate with external service providers for automation and maintenance related services
