About the Role

Shiva Marketing Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager Intern to join our digital marketing team.

You will work on social media accounts for different clients and help with content planning, posting, captions, hashtags, social media trends, audience engagement, and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain clients' Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Plan content according to the client's industry, audience, and marketing goals.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Research trending Reels, sounds, hashtags, topics, and content ideas.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for content requirements.
- Monitor comments, messages,



and audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement, views, followers, and interactions.
- Prepare basic reports and identify what type of content is performing well.
- Keep up with Instagram and Facebook algorithm changes and social media trends.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for client campaigns.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media platforms.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media trends and Reels.
- Basic knowledge of captions, hashtags, content calendars, and posting.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client accounts.
