We support customers with electronic components, industrial electronics and related products through our supplier network across Singapore, Australia, India and China.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and highly independent sales professional to build our business in India.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Acquire new OEM, EMS and industrial customers.
- Independently generate RFQs and convert them into profitable orders.
- Take complete commercial ownershipfrom identifying the opportunity and preparing the quotation through negotiation,



order execution and payment collection.
- Develop repeat business rather than depend only on one-time enquiries.
- Identify and build a focused product category for which SourceMe can become known.
- Use demonstrated customer demand to help SourceMe establish future authorised or franchised manufacturer relationships.
- Develop into a future sales or product-category leader within the organisation.

This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role. The person must be comfortable building the market without depending on an established sales team, regular inbound leads, existing franchised lines or a ready-made customer portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in electronic components, industrial electronics or a closely related field.
- An active network among OEMs, EMS companies, automotive suppliers, industrial manufacturers or embedded-product companies.
