We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Counsellor cum Social Media Executive who can interact with students/parents, understand their requirements, provide appropriate counselling and guidance, and simultaneously manage our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, basic knowledge of social media platforms, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Counselling & Admissions
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, schedules, fees and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Address basic queries and coordinate with the academic/management team when required.





Social Media & Digital Activities
- Manage the organisation's Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Develop content ideas related to education, students, courses, achievements and events.
- Write captions and basic promotional copy.
- Respond to comments and social-media enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with teachers/team members to collect photos, videos and content.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and enquiries.
- Maintain a consistent and qualified brand image online.

Administrative Support
- Maintain lead and enquiry databases.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the counselling, academic and management teams.
- Assist in organising events, workshops and promotional activities when required.
