The Floor Manager is responsible for the smooth and safe day-to-day functioning of the Model Center serving children with special needs. The role involves coordinating therapists, teachers, attendants, support staff, children, and parents while ensuring that scheduled activities and therapies are conducted properly.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities and operations of the Model Center floor.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, art/music/yoga therapists, and other professionals.
- Ensure children attend their scheduled therapy, educational, recreational, and developmental sessions on time.
- Monitor the movement and safety of children within the center.
- Ensure that children are treated with patience, dignity, care, and respect.
- Supervise attendants, caregivers, and support staff working on the floor.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
- Coordinate daily schedules and avoid conflicts between therapy and activity sessions.




- Maintain proper records of children's attendance, sessions, and activities as required.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding routine operational matters and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate skilled.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper arrangement of therapy/activity areas.
- Ensure that equipment, toys, learning materials, and therapy resources are properly maintained and safely used.
- Immediately report accidents, injuries, behavioral concerns, or other emergencies to the concerned authority.
- Coordinate with the administration for maintenance, supplies, housekeeping, and other operational requirements.
- Handle minor complaints and operational issues professionally and escalate serious matters to the Center Head.
