We are building a founding Bengaluru cohort of fifteen Fellows across five tracks, three to each. You will learn on paid time, receive a Company-issued Apple MacBook and approved AI tools, and take on work that matters.

Key Facts
- Training: Fully paid on working time. No fee, no bond, no unpaid pre-joining training. MacBook and approved AI subscriptions provided.
- Compensation:
*Bachelor's INR 6,00,000 CTC; Master's/Postgraduate INR 7,20,000; exceptional or advanced technical candidates up to INR 9,00,000, reviewed at twelve months.*
- Equity: Planned share-option grant for every Fellow, subject to plan documents,



corporate approval, applicable law and the offer letter.
- Eligibility: Recent Bachelor's and Master's/Postgraduate graduates, every discipline. No prior AI experience required.
- Employment: Full-time employee of Miracle Traffic Ai India Pvt. Ltd (
Brookefield, Bengaluru)
from day one, six-month probation.
- Schedule: 44 actual working hours weekly: eight hours Monday to Friday plus a four-hour paid Saturday Lab, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. One Saturday a month may be remote, subjected to requirements.
- Reporting: Coordination by Arnabi Ghosh; functional supervision by the assigned track leader.
