Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Chartered Accountant role based in Thane. The Corporate Chartered Accountant will manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and corporate taxation, ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and legal requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and supporting audits and certifications related to safety and consulting activities. The role involves partnering with internal teams on cost optimization, productivity analysis, and CSR-related financial tracking, as well as maintaining accurate documentation for licensing and regulatory submissions. The Corporate Chartered Accountant will also contribute to financial planning, risk assessment, and the development of internal controls to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
- Qualified accounting qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, with strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards,



and taxation.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Proficiency in audit support, compliance management, and documentation for regulatory, certification, and licensing requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with consulting, safety, and operations teams to analyze productivity, project costs, and CSR-related financial metrics.
- Strong skills in using accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools for accurate and timely financial insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ethical and transparent financial practices.
