About the Role

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Billing Manager to manage the company’s billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and lead the billing team effectively.

The ideal candidate should have 4–9 years of relevant experience in billing, strong knowledge of billing processes, excellent attention to detail, and good team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Supervise and manage the billing team.
- Review invoices, billing records, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Ensure proper coordination between billing, accounts, sales, and other departments.
- Monitor outstanding bills and coordinate for timely resolution of billing issues.
- Maintain proper billing records and prepare regular reports.




- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Train, guide, and monitor the performance of billing team members.
- Support month-end and year-end billing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–9 years of experience in Billing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Electrical, Solar, Cables & Wires, Manufacturing, Trading, or related industries will be preferred.
