Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive growth by generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales through direct field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and local outreach
- Promote AI School For All’s courses and offerings to potential learners
- Drive walk-ins to the center and ensure successful conversions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales (freshers welcome with strong communication skills)
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork
- Knowledge of local market and ability to connect with diverse audiences
