Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager Sales to lead the sales operations of the dealership. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving market share, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor vehicle sales, enquiries, bookings, retail, deliveries, and cancellations.
- Drive achievement of dealership sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify recent business opportunities and improve market penetration.

2. Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the entire sales team.




- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales review meetings.
- Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries and leads.
- Identify training requirements and improve team productivity.
- Take corrective action for underperforming employees.

3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure proper follow-up after vehicle delivery.

4. Dealer & OEM Coordination
- Coordinate with OEM/company representatives regarding sales targets, schemes, campaigns, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with OEM sales processes, policies, and standards.
- Monitor dealership performance against OEM benchmarks.

5. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, events, and customer engagement programs.
