Hosper (Bharat Electrical Industries) is a Delhi-based manufacturer of modular switches and electrical accessories with a 50-year trade heritage, patented products, and a pan-India distribution network spanning retail channels and e-commerce. We supply institutional clients and are actively growing our digital presence across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms including brand content, retailer/electrician engagement programs, and influencer campaigns.
Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, hands-on digital content executive who can independently run our day-to-day social media and content operations. The core job of this role is simple:



ensure the content posting frequency is maintained every single week, without fail, and continuously work to bring our cost per lead (CPL) down. This person will create and publish content using AI tools, handle basic editing, optimise posts (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails), and act as the single point of coordination with influencers and external agencies (video production and social media management). This is an ownership role whatever it takes to hit the weekly targets, this person has to make it happen. We need someone who already knows the basics and can hit the ground running, not someone who needs to be trained from scratch.
Weekly Content Targets (Non-Negotiable)
The primary KPI of this role is consistency. The following minimum output must be maintained every week:
2 Reels per week (Instagram / YouTube Shorts).
1 long-format video per week (YouTube).
