Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Female US Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based and global clients.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.




- Meet defined hiring targets and recruitment timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in US Hiring, International Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills; US accent will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Graduation is mandatory.

- Must own a vehicle for commuting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
