Role & responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Outreach: Proactively connect with physicians, clinic administrators, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare decision-makers across the U.S. via phone and email.
- Appointment & Meeting Setting: Qualify prospective healthcare accounts and secure confirmed meetings/appointments for our US-based field sales team.
- Territory & Account Coordination: Collaborate closely with field sales representatives to plan territory visits and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Nurture leads systematically before and after meetings to establish long-term referral partnerships.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log call activities, follow-up dates, lead stages, and key conversation notes in the CRM.
- Market Research: Identify and qualify new healthcare facilities, private practices, and key decision-makers within target territories.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 2+ years of proven outbound inside sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting experience. (Experience in US Healthcare, B2B sales,



or Home Health is strongly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a explicit, neutral accent and strong active listening ability.
- Persuasiveness & Drive: High comfort level with outbound cold calling, navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and asking for the appointment.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), VoIP calling tools, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Home Office Setup: Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup.
